About
Caisey is a remote troubleshooting console for MSPs and technical helpers. The Caisey remote MCP server lets an MCP client such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or VS Code work with the Caisey workspace you sign in to.
With it you can: - List and look up the PCs enrolled in your workspace - List and read Caisey troubleshooting chats for a PC - Send a prompt to a PC, which runs through the same approval policy as the Caisey console - Watch a running chat, or wait for new messages - See pending command approvals and operator questions across the workspace, and answer them
Human approval stays in the loop. Commands still go through Caisey's approval policy and risk analysis, and MCP does not bypass them. Every action is recorded in the audit log with origin "mcp" and the name of the OAuth client that made it.
Sign-in uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and dynamic client registration. You sign in with your Caisey account, choose one workspace, and accept the terms. There is no API key to paste. Access tokens last 1 hour, refresh tokens 30 days, and you can revoke any client in Settings > Remote MCP.
