The Attested Memory Hub code uses strong controls: production actor proofs are signed Ed25519 with nonce replay protection, the payment module is non-custodial with pinned Base chain verification, and team assertions use HMAC with constant-time comparison. The main concerns are that development mode (AIFACTORY_DEV or unset production flag) trusts the X-Actor-ID header and skips capability-gateway auth, that replay nonces are held in process memory, and that the payments file is truncated so its remainder could not be reviewed. No data exfiltration, shell execution, or hardcoded secrets were found in the visible code. Supply chain analysis found 5 known vulnerabilities in dependencies (0 critical, 3 high severity).
