This MCP server has multiple critical security vulnerabilities that must be addressed before production use. The code makes unauthenticated network calls to an external metering service (proofof.ai), stores subscriber email addresses and webhook URLs in plaintext memory without persistence or encryption, uses weak rate limiting with in-memory counters that reset on restart, and contains misleading docstrings claiming tools are read-only when they actually modify state. Authentication is bypassable through empty API keys, and the webhook trigger mechanism allows POST requests to arbitrary URLs. Supply chain analysis found 9 known vulnerabilities in dependencies (0 critical, 5 high severity). Package verification found 1 issue.
