Slipmark is an open-source CLI and MCP server that records agent verdicts bound to file SHA-256 hashes and verifies them in CI, with no network exfiltration evident in the visible code. The MCP tools are deliberately narrow: agents cannot record human verdicts, run commands, or sign, and writes are exclusive and symlink-aware. Remaining concerns are minor: the visible code is truncated, the package depends on sigstore and esbuild, and the attest/verify paths run git and read the filesystem as expected for a developer tool. Supply chain analysis found 3 known vulnerabilities in dependencies (0 critical, 2 high severity). Package verification found 1 issue.
