Japan Real Estate Price MCP — 不動産取引価格検索
Real transaction prices for Japanese real estate — not estimates, actual sales — from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT).
Search actual closed real estate transactions (land, houses, condos) by prefecture, municipality, and year/quarter, plus official land price benchmarks (公示地価).

list_municipalities
Get municipality codes for a prefecture — the lookup step before searching transactions.
search_transactions
Actual closed-sale prices: property type, district, price, floor plan, area, building year, structure, zoning. This is real market data, not listings or estimates.
get_land_price
Official government land price benchmarks (公示地価) — the stable reference price used for taxation and appraisal, as opposed to volatile transaction prices.
