The Thesis

The Hive Doctrine argues that the dominant paradigm of AI development — building singular, monolithic intelligences and constraining them with permission systems — is structurally flawed. It proposes an alternative: many small, culturally-rooted intelligences coordinating through stigmergy rather than central command.

"The diversity is the safety mechanism."
