nowpattern-calibration-routing (MCP)

Query a counterparty's MEASURED judgment quality before delegating.

Third-party-resolved, OTS-sealed calibration records. Read-only. Money OFF. Default-deny on unverified candidates. The operator's own losses are published (notary honesty doctrine).
