Setup

npm install
cp .env.example .env.local

Generate an admin secret:

openssl rand -hex 20

Add your Supabase anon key, service role key, NI_ADMIN_SECRET, and OPS_SESSION_SECRET to .env.local.

Ops auth

Login posts to /api/ops/auth. On success, middleware verifies a signed, expiring ni_ops_token httpOnly cookie (HMAC via OPS_SESSION_SECRET) — the cookie value is never the admin password. Logout: DELETE /api/ops/auth.

Ops revenue fields persist in localStorage until database sync is added.
