Security Report

4.6
Use Caution4.6High Risk

Apple Health AI Bridge is a local-first, read-only MCP server that stores health records in a user-owned SQLite database and requires a bearer token and explicit pairing for phone sync. The code reviewed shows good defaults, including refusing to print tokens to stdout, a loopback default bind address, and symlink and ownership checks before file operations. The main concerns are the destructive purge command, the optional non-local receiver bind, and the fact that the source was truncated, so the remaining modules could not be fully audited. Supply chain analysis found 5 known vulnerabilities in dependencies (0 critical, 3 high severity).
