Remote MCP server for Brazilian public procurement, built on PNCP (Portal Nacional de Contratações Públicas), the official federal portal. Find tenders still open for proposals, list what a public agency bought, and see the contracts it signed. Every fact comes with its source, query date and per-source status, so "nothing on record" is never confused with "source was down". Partial results instead of failures, no scoring, no AI inside the server. Responses in Portuguese. Free plan: 100 calls/month.
