Offendersearch is a public-records search API built for screening workflows in healthcare staffing, home care, tenant screening, and developer products that need a defensible answer fast. A single request searches 58 US sex offender registries covering 1.5 million records and returns scored candidate matches. Every record carries the registry it came from and the fields that matched, so a reviewer can see why a result surfaced and cite it. A second endpoint searches criminal records from court and corrections sources. Optional monitoring re-runs a person or location search nightly and reports changes.
