About
Samba MCP brings a tour or activity business into the AI tools its team already uses. It's the Model Context Protocol server for Samba, the booking and payments system for day-tour and multi-day operators. It works with Claude, ChatGPT, Mistral, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and any client that supports remote MCP servers.
Everything an operator needs to know is already in Samba: bookings, departures, payment plans, invoices and traveler forms. Samba MCP gives an AI assistant live access to that workspace, so answers come from real data instead of an exported spreadsheet. Ask for a chart of this season's bookings and revenue by month and by trip. See which balances are due in the next two weeks and which installments failed, so you know who to chase first. Pull the participant list for tomorrow's 7am departure and see who hasn't sent their medical form. Check seats left on every departure next month, find an invoice, review open cancellation requests or see which discount codes were used.
Connecting takes a few minutes and no technical skills. Add a custom connector in your AI tool, paste mcp.sambahq.com and sign in to Samba. An Owner or Admin approves the connection on Samba's consent screen and picks the workspace. There's no API key to copy and nothing to install. Each connection works with one workspace. Owners and Admins can see every connected AI tool in Samba's settings and disconnect any of them in one click.
Samba MCP is included in every Samba workspace at no extra cost.
